A representative in a cubicle four states away doesn't know the challenges you face at your store, on your campus, or inside your building.

At Carlson, every cleaning and floor technician reports directly to a District Manager who is responsible for keeping a specific location clean. And, every client contact has direct access to that same District Manager, any time, day or night.
Over time, we've found that maintaining this flat management structure leads to more accountability, better communication, and a happier workforce. This, in turn, decreases turnover and increases the familiarity with each location among the teams that clean them.

In total, the positive impact created by maintaining a flat management structure continues to be a key reason for Carlson's success.
