As a company, we couldn't afford down time. We needed the assurance that our equipment would be fixed quickly and correctly. |

Eventually, our management team made the decision to form a subsidiary company focused on service and repair of janitorial equipment. Today, that sister company is an authorized distributor and warranty station for all the different types of equipment we use. While this company works on other customers' equipment, it also maintains dedicated staff to work solely on Carlson equipment.
So, if a burnisher breaks down or a scrubber stops scrubbing, we have the parts, replacement units, and the know-how required to repair or replace each unit without missing a beat. |
