The cleaning industry has come a long way in 50 years. When Carlson first started business, our success was measured weekly or monthly and communication between clients and cleaning crews was often spotty. Facilities were cleaned entirely with mops and brooms and work was limited to smaller regional areas.

Today, Carlson invests significant resources per location for equipment designed to clean tens of thousands of square feet every night. Workers punch-in remotely via an 800 number and automated software tracks attendance. Suppy allocation, repair schedules, work order requests, and cleanliness tracking are also managed by software packages that maximize the performance of our cleaning teams and managers.

This continued investment in technology ensures we can still feel like we're next door while utilizing a multi-state model for managing our cleaning process. It's how we bring 1959 service to a modern-day world.
